Primary set
The Primary set is list of all employees and the groups they work with
The Primary set is a list of all employees who have access to gospace. It has two tabs: Groups and Individuals. Each individual must belong to a group to use gospace set their schedule (as schedules are created based on groups rather than individual desk assignments).
Groups

In the Groups tab you can see a list of all the groups that you have in GoSpace. Some elements can be edited by double-clicking anywhere on the Team.
Colour: can be edited using the colour picker.
Name: is unique, no two groups can have the same name.
Group type: permanent = imported and custom = created by employees when they create a custom team via interfaces (MS Teams, web and mobile app).
Flexibility: is created by default as Free when imported or created. To set flexibility, go to the source scenario, import the team and set the flexibility. This will syncronise with the Primary set. If a team needs to be anchored to a specific location they should be set as Fix, or if the team should remain on a specific floor they should be set as Flex.
Headcount: is based on the number of individuals in each group. View which individuals are in the group by clicking the person icon on the right, as well as search and add additional members and remove members.
Target: a group has a pinned target if the pin is green (they will be allocated exactly that number of workpoints every day, regardless of how many people from that group will be in the office each day). If the pin is not green, the target is not actively being used. To pin the target, make sure you are not editing the group, then click on the pin so it turns green. When the pin is green you cannot edit the target. To edit the group, click on the green pin and make sure it turns grey. You can then double-click on the team to change the target. Please note that a pinned target will override a minimum target.
Minimum target: the group will be allocated at least that number of workpoints every day, regardless of how many people from that group will be in the office each day. This can be used to temporarily ensure a group has a specific number of desks on a particular day ie, if they have colleagues visiting who do not use gospace.
Building: which building the group is assigned to. When a new custom team is added it will not have a building assigned. This can be added by selecting the building icon from the tools on the right.
Individuals
In the individuals tab, you can view the full list of employees that have access to GoSpace. You will only be able to see a set number of users per page. Select the number of individuals to view in the bottom right of the page.

Use the search in the top right to find individuals, or the groups they belong to.
When individuals are deleted from this list, they will no longer have access to gospace.
