Upload and manage your team settings

From the People page, you can view and manage all of your employee and team data which is automatically kept up-to-date via integration with your system ie, HR, Azure Active Directory, IWMS etc.

Individuals

  • Employees are called Individuals

  • Individuals should always belong to an imported group (also known as their permanent group) so their data is automatically kept up-to-date ie, if they leave the organisation their access will automatically be removed.

  • Individuals can belong to more than one group

Groups

  • Teams/business units/organisational units are called Groups

  • Imported groups are automatically created via integration

  • Custom groups are created by individuals via the employee interface ie, Teams, mobile or web. Individuals cannot schedule space with a custom group on the same day it is created.

  • Custom groups can be any number of individuals but must have a minimum of 3 letters for the group name.

  • When groups are created they will automatically have flexibility = Free. This means that AIDRA will allocate new teams anywhere there is space available, unless an administrator has created a link with another team/added them to the source scenario in the console, or an employee has created a link with another team via the employee interface.
