Manage your source scenario and view daily team allocations

Workplace has two main tabs - Editor and Team allocations.

Editor

For Managers and Superusers: In the Editor, you can create a source scenario, which AIDRA uses as a baseline for daily allocations. You can also view scheduled scenarios, up to 4 weeks in advance, and swap team allocations (on the same day).

Team allocations

For Building Assistants: In Team allocations, you can view scheduled scenarios (one week in the past, and two weeks in the future). Includes:

• Number of individuals scheduled vs space allocated for each team each day

• View individuals who have scheduled for each team

• Release team space (if applicable)
