Team allocations

The team allocations tab is primary used by Building Assistants to view today's allocations, see how many people have scheduled from each team, and view the employees who have scheduled for each team.

In the Spaces column, the first number is the total number of people who have confirmed (scheduled, auto-scheduled, fixed and accepted an invite) to be in the office from that team that day. The second number is the total number of workpoints that AIDRA has allocated to each team.

Viewing team members

To view the team members who have confirmed they will be in the office, click on the three dots to the right side of each team name and select View team.

You will see a pop-up list with all employees that have confirmed for that day.

Release space

You can release space (ie, delete a team space allocation for that day), if they aren't coming into the office, or if they are using another space for the day.

Move/swap teams

You can move or swap teams if they need to be in a specific area. This functionality is more suitable when moving teams in designated areas i.e., team rooms, on the day of the allocation. For example, a team may require a room with additional privacy, so you can swap them with a team that doesn't require that level of privacy.

Select the team from the dropdown list, choose the room/space you would like to move them to, and select Move team.

Select a team to swap with and choose Swap team. You will receive a notification if there are any considerations to be made.
