Source scenario
The source scenario acts as a base which AIDRA reads team allocations and requirements when automatically generating scheduled scenarios, to position groups in specific spaces or floors.
The source scenario is created by the gospace support team when the account is set up, and can be edited by Managers/Superusers at any time. Once changes are made to the source scenario, they will automatically be applied to scheduled scenarios. Changes must be completed 1 hour before AIDRA evolves for the next day ie, by 2pm if AIDRA evolves at 3pm.
If a source scenario is required to be set for a specific date in the future, a new test scenario can be created prior to the date, then the gospace support team will activate it on the required day.
Adding teams
Only add those teams that need to be located in a specific location. If a team does not need to be located in a specific space/floor, please do not add them to the source scenario. AIDRA will automatically add teams in the right amount of space each day, ensuring they are in a similar place each time they are in the office (minimum disruption).
To add a team to the source scenario select the Import groups button in the menu.

Search and/or select groups from the Primary set dropdown list to import into the source scenario.

Use the editing tools to paint the team onto the plan.
We recommend that only 1 workpoint is added to the source scenario for each team if they need to be located on a specific floor (flexibility = Flex). This creates a 'gravity point' for the team, however they will move from this location to accommodate demand from other teams on specific days when necessary.
If they need to be fixed in a specific location (flexibility = Fix), paint the number of fixed desks required. This creates an 'anchor point' for the team, which they will always be allocated. Adjust the Target or Minimum target in the Primary set if the anchor point must not be used by other people.
Please be aware that if you fix teams into specific spaces they will flex around those spaces each day. If you fix too many teams into an area or onto a floor, AIDRA will not be able to fit them all in and may need to split teams, spread them out over the floor or move other teams to other floors on busy days.
We recommend viewing past scenarios and analytics to understand what the impact will be before fixing teams, to minimise the impact on other teams.
