Scheduled scenarios

Scenarios that AIDRA has created for future dates

Once AIDRA has evolved (created team allocations for the following day - which is usually 3-3.30pm), you can swap team allocations. This can only be done once AIDRA has finished allocating, and must be completed before notifications are sent to employees for the following day (usually at 4pm). This gives you 30 mins to make any changes.

In the Editor tab, slide the Scheduled scenarios / Test scenarios selector to the left to view scheduled scenarios, and select the date you want to view. If you want to view a scheduled scenario for the following week, select the calendar icon next to the date and select from the dropdown.

Please note: If you make any changes to a scenario that is not the following day, or if you change anything on the following day before 3pm, AIDRA will override any changes you make.

In the editing tools, use the swap allocation tool to swap team allocations.

Use the Connections tab to view which teams need to be next to each other on the floorplan.

You can view scheduled scenarios for up to 4 weeks in advance. While AIDRA has done initial allocations, these will update daily based on new attendance data and requests for space from employees, so they will change.
