Schedule space
If you have nothing in your Upcoming schedule the Nothing scheduled card will display.

You can schedule space for future days by selecting the Schedule space button. You must schedule before AIDRA evolves the day before to confirm space for the following day (this is defined by your organisation). If you create a new team (by selecting the Create team button) you cannot schedule space with a team you created for today.
When you select Schedule space you will see a calendar where you can select one or multiple days (highlighted in purple).
Your scheduled days will show with a green dot. If you select a date where there is already a green dot you will see a warning: Some days selected are already scheduled, any invitations with different teams may be cancelled.
Your default building will automatically display.
Your default team will automatically display. If you have other teams, they can be selected from the dropdown list. Select View team status to see who is confirmed or likely to be in the office on the date/s you select.
Click Schedule space to see your updated schedule. This button will only activate if date, building and team have been selected.

Invite colleagues
To invite colleagues to work with you, select the Date, Building and Team, then Invite people.
You can select +All the people in your Team, or just a few by selecting them from the list. Remove all by selecting –All. You can also remove colleagues by selecting the tick next to their name. Please note that if you do not select a Team, you will only see the Everyone option.
You can also select people who are not in your team by selecting Everyone and then Search colleagues. Select the + beside their name and they will be added to the Selected list at the bottom.

Once you have selected your colleagues, any conflicts will show on the calendar, indicated by the coloured dots under each date:
