Allocations
gospace doesn't just provide data and insights - it intelligently forecasts how much space each team needs every day, and then allocates it on a seating plan (called a scheduled scenario) which employees can view via Teams/mobile/web.
The demand for office space from each team generally fluctuates throughout the week. By adjusting the amount of space each team has each day, more people can work with their team in the office when they want to.
For example, the Accounting team of 20 people likes to work together on Mondays and Thursdays so a majority of the team schedule to be in the office on those days or just show up. AIDRA uses both the scheduling information and the historic attendance data from the Accounting team to forecast how much space they need and allocates the right amount of space to meet increased demand on Mondays and Thursdays, reducing it on other days when they are less likely to be in the office. These dynamic team zones are automatically created each day for each team to accommodate fluctuations in the number of people going into the office.
AIDRA automatically generates allocations based on many factors:
Even if a person has never scheduled to go to the office, if they are over 50% likely to be in the office (based on their historical attendance data), AIDRA will allocate space with their default team. This space is not guaranteed until the employee confirms they are going to the office. As more attendance data is collected this changes, as more recent attendance has a higher weighting.
AIDRA automatically schedules space for employees who are over 80% likely to be in the office. If an employee goes to the office for 4 weeks in a row on a Monday with a specific team, AIDRA will automatically schedule them into the office with that team. This guarantees space for the employee, which they can cancel if they are not going to the office.
