AIDRA

AIDRA can evolve (allocate space for teams on future days) at different times depending on when is most convenient.

When AIDRA evolves, it gathers all the relevant data (attendance data and patterns, scheduling data, historic location patterns etc), and allocates space for every team on future days. AIDRA is configured to cause the minimum amount of disruption to teams each day, so will try and position them in the same or similar place they were located on previous days/weeks. Once AIDRA has evolved, employees receive a notification of their team space allocations for the next/upcoming day.

Configurations:

The number of days in advance AIDRA evolves for:

• The default is 28 days in advance so employees can schedule 4 weeks ahead.

• Future evolution can be set for any number of days in advance.

The time-of-day AIDRA evolves:

• Evolution is set to the time zone for each building.

• It can be set to different times for different locations to accommodate local requirements.

• The default is 12am so employees are notified of their team space allocation in the morning before heading to the office.

• OPTION: If employees prefer to see their team space allocations for the next day on the day before, AIDRA can be configured to evolve at 4pm, so employees will be notified at 5pm and view the floorplan showing their team space.
