Fixed days

Organisations can define the number of fixed days employees must work in the office.

Configurations:

  • The number of fixed days is optional and defined by the organisation

  • Fixed days are applied based on an employee’s default building

  • Fixed days are not compulsory (ie, employees do not need to select their fixed days - it is optional)

  • If the number of fixed days is defined as 3, employees can select up to 3 fixed days

  • Employees can set fixed days with different teams (if applicable).

  • Once employees select their fixed days, they are automatically scheduled by AIDRA, therefore it is advisable not to define the number of fixed days as 5 (otherwise employees can set all days to be in the office to guarantee they have space every day).
