Permissions

Additional permissions can be granted to employees to enable them to schedule on behalf of their colleagues.

All employees: Can be granted permission to auto-accept an invite on behalf of the colleagues they are inviting to the office.

Assistant: Can schedule on behalf of other colleagues. This feature is usually enabled for EA's or team coordinators.

Priority reservation: Can be enabled for individuals for specific spaces ie, offices.
