Notifications

Notifications are recorded in the Activity/Chat tab in MS Teams, pushed via mobile and sent via email at different times of the day.

RECOMMENDED

Daily schedule: If you have a confirmed/auto-scheduled/fixed schedule for the next day, you will receive a notification with a floorplan showing your team space, depending on when AIDRA evolves ie, the day before or the morning of.

Space scheduled: When you schedule space

Space canceled: When you cancel space

Team member added: If you are invited to a custom team

Team member removed: If you are removed from a custom team

Invite created: When you invite your colleagues to join you in the office

Invite canceled: When your colleagues have accepted your invite to join you in the office, but you cancel that date

Invite accepted: When your colleague accepts your invite

Invite declined: When your colleague declines your invite

OPTIONAL

Weekly schedule: If you have space confirmed/auto-scheduled/fixed for the following week, you will receive a summary on Friday.

Schedule reminder: If you send a daily schedule the morning of, a reminder can be sent the day before to remind people they have scheduled space for the following day.
