Forecasting

AIDRA forecasts when employees will be in the office based on their historic attendance patterns and uses this data to generate team space allocations each day.

Forecasting enables AIDRA to automatically assign two statuses to employees that are likely to go to the office.

Likely: If an employee is between 50-80% likely to be in the office. Employees can Cancel or Confirm in their schedule. If they are likely, AIDRA has allowed space for them, but that space is not confirmed.

Auto-scheduled: If an employee is over 80% likely to be in the office, they will be auto-scheduled by AIDRA. Employees can Cancel or Edit in their schedule. If they are auto-scheduled, AIDRA has confirmed space for them.

Configurations:

• Likely default values are 50-80% but are customisable by client.

• Auto-schedule default value is over 80% but is customisable by client.
