Can't paint on a plan?

Only workpoints that are unallocated can be painted on. If you cannot paint on a specific workpoint, rollover the workpoint to see if a team name appears above the plan. For example, rolling over the Engineering team workpoint brings up their name above.

If a team is already allocated you will need to erase the previous teams' allocation before you can paint on the workpoint.
