How can I see how much space is being allocated each day?

If you want to see how much space a team is being allocated each day compared to how many of the team are going into the office, go to the Analytics tab and select the team from the dropdown menu. Adjust the dates on the calendar to view the four weeks you are interested in. If you want more historic data than 4 weeks, select the Team activity report and download the csv.

If you want to see how much space a team is being allocated each day on a plan, you can view on Team allocations in Workplace. You can view the past weeks allocations, as well as 2 weeks into the future (please note that future allocations will change every day as more data is entered and AIDRA updates allocations). You can also view how many people have scheduled for a particular day for each team in the Spaces column (the first number is the number that have scheduled, the second number is the amount of space allocated).

Please note: there is often a contingency set for each team. This means that AIDRA will allocate the amount of space forecasted for that team for that day, plus a contingency for team members who aren't expected in the office.
