How do I set a fixed number of desks for a team?

If a team needs an exact number of desks every day, no more no less, you can ensure AIDRA allocates them by setting the Target and pinning it in the People page the day before, before AIDRA evolves ie, at 3pm.

Go to the People page, in the Primary set view Teams, and double click or select Edit group.

Set the Target and select Save. Then select the green pin to the right of the Target column so it turns green - this activates the Target. If the pin is not green, the Target is not activated and AIDRA will not allocate that number of desks.

A pinned Target will override a Minimum target - use one or the other, not both.

EXAMPLES

Team B has a room with 8 desks in it. There are only 6 people in the team, however no other teams can be allocated in the room with them. Pin the Target for Team B at 8 to ensure the entire room is allocated every day to Team B.

Team C has 12 people in it, but regularly has 5 visitors from another office who don't use gospace. The day before the visitors are due in the office, fix the target to the number of desks required ie, 10 people are due in from Team C plus the 5 visitors, so set the Target at 15 then pin it to ensure AIDRA allocates 15 desks for the following day.
