What if a custom team is allocated on a different floor to their imported team?

When employees create custom teams they can connect to another team so they are located near to them. If they do not create this connection AIDRA will allocate them wherever there is space in the building.

If a team wants to be located near a team, you can advise the employee to connect their custom team, or you can do it in the Connections tab.

If you want to keep specific departments/groups on certain floors you can fix/flex the imported team to that floor, and then connect it to custom groups which have team members who are also in the imported team. To check who is in each custom team, go to the Individuals tab and type the custom team name in the Search to show the members of that team.
