How do I set a minimum number of desks for a team?

If a team needs at least a specific number of desks, but may need more, you can ensure AIDRA allocates them by setting the Minimum target in the People page the day before, before AIDRA evolves ie, at 3pm.

Go to the People page, in the Primary set view Teams, and double click or select Edit group.

Set the Minimum target and select Save. Do not use the pin to the left of the Minimum target column.

Ensure you reduce it to the original level the following day before AIDRA evolves, otherwise the team will be allocated at least that number of workpoints for the following day as well.

Do not use the green pin (to the left of the Minimum target column) when setting a minimum target for a team. The green pin will fix the Target (the number to the left of the pin) in the Target column, so the team will receive exactly the amount set in the Target number, not the Minimum target number.

EXAMPLE

Team A has 12 people and 8 fixed desks, but sometimes needs up to 12 desks if the entire team needs to be in the office to work together. Set a minimum target of 8 in the People page for Team A, and allocate those desks on the source scenario so AIDRA would always allocate those specific desks as a minimum. When more than 8 people are due to be in the office, AIDRA would allocate the 8 that are already allocated on the source scenario plus the additional desks required for that day.
