How do I create a specific space for visitors?
If you have regular visitors to a site who don't use gospace you can still accommodate them.
Create a new group in the people page - do not add people, target, minimum target, add flexibility or fix target.
Import the new group to your source scenario at least 2 days before the group needs space allocated. If you want your new group to be in a specific location, paint them on the source scenario and select Fix. If you just want them on a specific floor, Flex them to that floor.
The day before the new group needs space (recommended by 2pm), go to the People page and edit the team to include a Target and pin it (so the pin is green). If the team is Fixed, make sure you set the Target to the number of desks that have been painted on the source scenario.
The day after, unpin the Target and reduce it to 0 before 2pm so AIDRA does not allocate them space for the following day. If they require different amounts of space for different days, adjust the Target each day before 2pm and AIDRA will allocate that amount of space for the following day.
If you have space allocated on multiple floors for Visitors, make sure that the Target is set at the total number of desks you have painted in the source scenario.
If you remove desks from the source scenario, make sure you adjust the Target otherwise AIDRA will still allocate the Target number.
