How do I set a maximum number of desks for a team?

You cannot restrict a team to a maximum number of desks in gospace. As every team has fluctuating numbers attending the office each day, there is usually space to accommodate additional team members, however this may not be on the same floor.

If a floor is at capacity due to high demand on a particular day, the following will occur:

• Teams that are fixed will remain on the floor in their fixed location. If the entire floor is taken by one fixed team and there is no more space available on that floor, some of the team will be allocated to the closest possible floor with space available.

• Teams that are flexed will remain on the floor if there is space available. However, fixed teams take priority so they may be moved to another floor if there is high demand.

• Teams that are free will be the first to move to the closest floor if there is no space available. However those with connections to other fixed and flexed teams will be prioritised to remain on the floor.
